You may return an unwanted item only if the following conditions are met:

  • Notification and Timing: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns sent without prior approval will not qualify for a refund.
  • Condition of Returned Goods: Items must be returned:
    • Fully packaged
    • Unused and in a resalable condition
    • With proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch note)
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue a refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Clearance items, sale, or special offer products cannot be returned.
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable for unwanted items.

We cannot refund or cancel your purchase if:

  • You return an item without proof of purchase.
  • The item is broken, damaged, or used.
  • The goods were a special order made to your specifications.
