Return and Refund Policy

 

You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following criteria:

We must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the product, and all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please do not send returns without prior approval or credit will not be given.

Goods must be returned to us fully packaged, with proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch notes), unused and in a re-saleable condition at your cost, we will then make the refund.

Items which have been ordered at a clearance (sale or special offer) price are non-returnable.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order please call 02088380808  (lines open Mon – Fri 10am- 6pm) and we will deal with your issue.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

 

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:

If you return your product to a us without proof of purchase

The items has been broken, damaged or used.

The goods were a special order to your specification
